Limited Warranty

West Coast Offshore Unlimited warrants its product to the original purchaser (consumer) against any defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90days. The consumer must provide proof of purchase, clearly indicating the date of purchase, in the form of a copy of original sales receipt from West Coast Offshore Unlimited or an authorized West Coast Offshore Unlimited distributor. In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, West Coast Offshore Unlimited will repair or replace the product, or any defective part or parts thereof, at the discretion of West Coast Offshore Unlimited. This Limited Warranty shall not apply to labor charges, material, transportation, or other incidentals in connection with removal and/or replacement of such defective product on the consumer’s vehicle. This warranty does not cover products that fail due to abuse, improper installation, alteration, disassembly, unauthorized repairs, accident, racing, misuse, or neglect. West Coast Offshore Unlimited shall not be liable for any loss of time, inconvenience, destruction of other components, and personal damages resulting from defective products. West Coast Offshore Unlimited shall not be liable for any non West Coast Offshore Unlimited products purchased through West Coast Offshore Unlimited. All warranties will be at the sole discretion of the original manufacturer. To make a warranty claim, contact West Coast Offshore Unlimited for a RGA #, which needs to be visible on the outside of the box. The maximum liability of West Coast Offshore Unlimited in connection with this warranty shall not under any circumstances exceed the contract price of the product claimed to be defective.

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. West Coast Offshore Unlimited is not responsible for printing errors. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Product Changes or Upgrades

As our technology expands, we may find it necessary from time to time to make changes, add, or discontinue some of the items in our price sheet. West Coast Offshore Unlimited reserves the right to make changes in design, material and specifications or make product changes without incurring liability of obligations to accept returns or to update the design of any similar product previously manufactured.

Shortages or Damaged Shipments

Any shortages and/or discrepancies must be reported within 10 days from the receipt of merchandise. Upon receipt of a damaged package, you may refuse the shipment and have the merchandise returned to West Coast Offshore Unlimited, or receive the shipment and inspect the merchandise for damage. If you find the merchandise to be damaged due to the carrier’s handling, do not return the merchandise to us. You have 48 hours to file a formal claim with the carrier. Keep the package and the merchandise in the condition you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim.

Return Goods Authorization

Any merchandise to be returned to West Coast Offshore Unlimited must have a Return Goods Authorization number (R.G.A.#) issued by West Coast Offshore Unlimited. All items must be shipped prepaid freight and be fully insured.

West Coast Offshore Unlimited will not accept collect shipments and will refuse any shipments sent without prior Return Goods Authorization. In the case where a return is due to our error, we will refund or credit the prepaid ground freight charge. All items returned without a valid reason, from West Coast Offshore Unlimited’s point of view, may be subject to a 20% restock charge. Return claims must be made within 30 days from the ship date on the invoice. Merchandise shipped in our error, will be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of West Coast Offshore Unlimited. The receipt of a R.G.A.#, does not guarantee a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. No returns will be accepted on special order merchandise. No returns will be accepted on merchandise that has been used.

Shipping

Most orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service ground service. Next day, second day, and three day services are also available. Items to heavy or to large will be sent common carrier or air freight. All shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. Any customer who refuses delivery of an order, except for damaged shipment, will be charged for the additional return freight and/or a 20% restock charge.
